Shipping policy

We ship both domestically and to a select international destinations.
Shipping times depend on your location. Local shipping within the Phoenix area would be much faster than nationwide and international shipping.

All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. With additional shipping time for international orders. 

How do I check the status of my order?

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you do not receive an email please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. 

However there may be on the rare occasion delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at isikuu@isikuu.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock. 

If you need any assistance with your orders please contact us immediately at isikuu@isikuu.co. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped. 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-deliveries due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.

In-store pickup

 

We are located in and ship from Phoenix, Arizona. 

We provide In-Store pick up for local orders.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 12noon - 5:00pm on Tuesdays through Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Guyana.

 Expect delivery times to range between 10 - 20 business days depending on location.
